Hotel Luna direi carino Da rivedere l'arredamento, le camere( un tavolino con sedie in balcone?) e la Spa. Spa graziosa in zona piscine ma piccolissima in zona wellness( bagno turco e sauna...) nn in grado di ospitare più di 2 coppie Le ragazze cordiali e gentili e brave estetiste. Ristorante ottimo e ben fornito con personale educato e gentile. Per quanto riguarda la facciata l'ho trovata triste senza neanche un fiore e da ristrutturare.

Buon hotel a Folgarida vicino alle piste ....con parcheggio privato gratuito...gentilezza alla reception... camere pulite e confortevoli.....parti comuni un pò vintage e tettoia esterna in pessime condizioni che non è un bel vedere per chi arriva....S.P.A. piccola ma ben curata ma pessimo approccio da parte di certi clienti maleducati con figli al seguito che gridano e si tuffano dai bordo piscina , rovinando il relax degli altri clienti non redarguiti dalle operatrici presenti ..... pezzo forte il ristorante con menù di qualità ed ampia e varia scelte delle portate, con servizio ai tavoli professionale, sempre con il sorriso e pronti ad accontentare le esigenze dei clienti( un plauso speciale a MARIA).

L'accoglienza impeccabile di tutto il personale è la cura con cui siamo stati seguiti ha reso il nostro soggiorno di tre notti in mezza pensione indimenticabile. Stanze ben pulite con arredamento curato, personale professionale e sempre disponibile a soddisfare le esigenze del cliente. Cibo ottimo e curato nei minimi dettagli e area benessere ben attrezzata. Credo torneremo sicuramente.

Hotel in ottima posizione, con tutti i servizi possibili. Parcheggio privato davvero comodo di fronte alla struttura. Personale carinissimo, da Martina al check-in che si è dimostrata disponibile e compente al professionale e super disponibile Antonio, il responsabile di sala, che ha un occhio particolare per il cliente. Stanze pulite, letto comodo, bianche in abbondanza. SPA pulita, non grandissima ma con tutto il necessario per un momento di relax. Cena e colazione con vasta scelta di prodotti e tutti di grande qualità, cura nel sevizio e di tutto il personale di sala. Sicuramente ritorneremo.

Abbiamo conosciuto quest’albergo grazie ad un pacchetto Smartbox comprensivo di un servizio mezza pensione e accesso all’area benessere. L’albergo dall’esterno appare un po’ datato, ma entrandovi il servizio e le camere assolutamente moderne fanno subito cambiare idea facendo venir voglia di trascorrere un soggiorno più lungo. Voglio spendere due parole sul servizio: dalla cortesia e gentilezza di Martina alla reception, alla simpatia e professionalità del maitre Di Somma insieme a tutto lo staff che si occupa del servizio di colazione e ristorazione. Le camere sono pulite e confortevoli. Ci torneremo sicuramente!!!
